R1010810) at our location in Arnstadt This responsibility is yours: In this function, You are responsible for steering and monitoring the production process of a group in signal production and for guiding the employees of this group professionally and disciplinefully

You plan and coordinate production orders taking into account the required capacity and optimal utilization Every day you monitor orders and progress of work, create delivery messages and take care of the causes analysis and remedial measures by the departments in case of deviations You support the transfer of new products to series production. You are responsible for regular coordination with supervisors, employees and departments (Shop Floor Management) You conduct instructions on operational instructions, instruct staff and are simultaneously responsible for carrying out process controls You ensure compliance and enforcement of the Group's productivity and quality objectives You control compliance with health, work and fire protection in the area of responsibility (group area)

You have a completed, at least three-year professional training (e.g. mechatronics, industrial electronics, electronics specialists) as well as at least two-year specialist training (e.g. technicians in the field of mechatronics, electronics) You have a sound technical and organizational understanding of the process Knowledge about M365 applications and SAP are of course for you Experience or knowledge in the field of railway technology are advantageous You are characterised by structured and solution-oriented work as well as by pronounced coordination, communication and organizational skills.
