Responsible for operating Windows servers, networks and cloud environments (Azure, AWS), optimizing system performance and managing user accounts, access rights and permissions (Microsoft AD, Entra-ID, PAM, IAM) As 3rd level competence, troubleshooting and support of the 1st / 2nd level for hardware and software based on Windows operating systems according to ITIL Best Practices Increase system security by developing and implementing security policies, group policies and patch management using the UEM solution Automation of recurring tasks through script creation (e.g. PowerShell, Ansible) System performance and availability monitoring tools Creation and maintenance of documentation, including operating instructions and safety guidelines (ISO27001, TISAX, NIS2) Own implementation of small subprojects (updates, migrations) and larger projects (manufacturer selection, tool selection, designs and implementations)
