Referent Facility Management (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of a sustainable strategy for operation, maintenance of value and further development of properties and technical facilities. Responsibility for the economic management of buildings with the aim of developing and implementing modern concepts for real estate management, digitization and process optimization. Planning, control and monitoring of construction, refurbishment and modernisation measures including tendering and award procedures Perform operator responsibility and ensure compliance with technical, legal and safety-relevant requirements. Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, utility, facility management, industrial engineering or a comparable field of expertise. As an alternative, a qualification as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) with additional qualification in real estate or Facility management. Ideally complemented by technical vocational training and relevant practical experience. Insufficient professional experience in a comparable position as well as sound knowledge in procurement, procurement and construction processes (VOB, HOAI and procurement law). Knowledge of the technical building equipment, especially in the fields of electrical engineering, data communication and supply technology. Experiences in the planning and maintenance of construction measures according to ZBau are advantageous. Impressive understanding of the potentials of digitalization in real estate and facility management as well as the ability to successfully shape changes through convincing communication and address-oriented cooperation. Class B licence.
