You will first and submit fleet and cost documents (PVE, D/A, G/A, LLIE) and take care of their timely submission. You keep the overview in the team mailbox, process inquiries and communicate with the headquarters on cost and booking topics. You update templates for our internal booking system, monitor VCIs and deal with SD accuracy requirements. You tune accounts with the headquarters, deliver data for KPI reports and introduce yourself to the optimization of our processes.

You have a completed commercial training. You work independently, accurately and flexibly – and quickly find yourself in new topics. You have a good understanding of numbers and you like to analyze. You're a real team player with strong team spirit. You work purposefully and let you motivate yourself from results. You bring good English knowledge in word and writing.
