Frictionless handling of export orders including the creation of all relevant documents They take care of customs documents, export declarations and always have the customs requirements in mind Coordination and monitoring of international shipping processes Processing of freight requests Communication with forwarding Maintenance and management of master data Support in optimising shipping and logistics processes

They have completed commercial training ideally as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management or comparable. You have first professional experience and interest in export and shipping. They are characterized by a conscientious, flexible and responsible way of working You have good English skills in word and writing You have experience in handling ERP systems and MS Office
