Service Advisor - Passenger Cars / Commercial Vehicles / Service Reception (m/f/d)

As the first respondent for our customers: you accept service requests personally and by telephone and ensure a smooth service. You create and manage workshop orders, provide customer data in our system and process all correspondence by email. In close coordination with the workshop team, you plan repairs as well as appointments and ensure a transparent flow of information. You accompany the entire service process from acceptance to transfer of the vehicle and contribute significantly to a timely settlement.

You have a completed vocational training in the motor vehicle or Nfz field or a commercial training with a strong technical understanding. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in customer service or in the workshop acceptance. Your work is organized as well as independent, and you're sure to deal with the common office programs. You are a communication talent with friendly appearance and a clear, service-oriented expression. Very good German skills are essential for professional customer advice.
