Your tasks • You will process the feedback of the services and special assignments throughout Germany on our devices (including technical reports, maintenance and repairs) in the ERP system • You are responsible for the correct and timely manufacture of maintenance and repairs • You take care of the data in our ERP system such as customer data, price lists • You create offers for maintenance/repair and water sample requests and calculate the technician inserts • You take over the archiving of reports and documents in the document management system and support the entire customer journey in the back office

Your profile • A completed commercial training and first professional experience in the field of expertise desirable • You are fit to use operating ERP systems and Salesforce (CRM) as well as MS Office and ready to work into new systems • They work independently, reliably, very conscientiously and are an exceptional team player • You have fun working in a technical environment and have a quick understanding • Your German knowledge is good in word and writing
