ERP Inhouse Consultant with focus on sales processes (m/f/d)

You are central to all sales-related areas (sales, order processing, customer service, pricing) in terms of our ERP system. You analyse, prioritize and process requests from the specialist departments – independently or in close cooperation with IT, key users and process managers. You accompany process changes throughout the sales environment and support system tests, updates, new modules and rollouts. You document solutions, transfer know-how to our knowledge base and thus contribute to stable, efficient and customer-oriented processes. You bring their own ideas to optimise our sales processes and actively contribute to the further development of our ERP landscape. You actively support the introduction and further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM), in particular in the modules around Sales & Marketing, Pricing and Order Collection.

A completed IT or commercial training (e.g. specialist informatics, industrial businessman, IT salesman/woman) or a comparable qualification. First to multi-year experience in handling ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or a comparable solution. A good understanding of operational processes along the sales processes – from supply and order intake to pricing to accounting. Fun to support users, explain processes and develop solutions together. Team spirit, communication strength and willingness to take responsibility. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage.
