Leadership & Team Empowerment: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our HRBP team and are the key player for your employees. With your leadership appeal, you create an environment that focuses on trust, development and cooperation. You promote individual strengths and continuously develop your team. Strategy & further development: Together with the staff management, you shape the strategic orientation of our HR area. You actively develop the role of the HR Business Partner and position your team as a strong, future-oriented Sparring partner for our departments. Business Partnering at eye level: You advise executives in operational and strategic HR topics, bring labor expertise and work closely with the HR interfaces. Workforce Planning & Insights: You support strategic personnel planning and accompany organizational changes. In doing so, you will keep in mind relevant HR key figures, conduct sound analyses and use data-based insights to develop targeted measures for corporate success. Projects & Transformation: You control strategic HR projects and develop processes and structures together with relevant stakeholders.

Expertise You have a completed commercial training, a completed study or a comparable qualification. Finding knowledge of labour law and its practical application are a feature. Expertise You have already successfully managed teams – disciplined or professional – and convince by your clear, effective leadership. You bring well-founded experience in establishing a modern HR Business Partner model. In doing so, you act as a strategic business partner for executives and convince with your strong consulting expertise. You think entrepreneurially and strategically, and you understand that HR initiatives are targeted at business goals and create real added value.
