We are looking for an IT service technician (m/w/d) at the Mannheim site!

Your profile

• Complete vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist system integration, IT customer service, IT system electronics, service technician IT, information electronics, IT system businessman or PC and network specialist
• First experience in support of current Windows operating systems and office products as well as in support of Windows workstations and laptops
• detailed knowledge of client hardware
• Good knowledge of German
• Class B driving licence

Your duties

• Acceptance, processing and documentation of malfunctions via a ticket system
• Software and operating system installations as well as removal
• Repairs to desktops, notebooks and tablets as part of the device warranty
• Personal user support in the Service Point
• Support of MDE devices, BDE ads and custom hardware
• Documentation of operations
• Continuous monitoring and updating of documentation
• Onsite support services for Windows devices in the production and development environment
• Up and down hardware including initial setup and configuration
