What we plan together: You support us in the business sector – Group Financial Reporting in the design and development of digital innovations and process automation. In addition, you are actively supporting process optimization in order to shape and build Group Financial Reporting for the future. We will, of course, take care of you professionally. We are interested in long-term cooperation with you as a Business Process Specialist (m/w/d) and will support you accordingly in designing your skills.

What you do with us: Analysis of business processes, in particular focusing on automation potential to increase efficiency and productivity. Conception, development of automation solutions with power machines and customized applications with power apps. Implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions in the fields of expertise and act as a contact person for technical questions and maintenance. Optimization of existing processes and methods through independent analyses and innovative solutions. Management and coordination of (partial) projects for process improvement. Data analysis and reporting with Power BI. Programming and script creation with VBA and SQL to support business processes and workflows.

What convinces us: You have a degree in information technology, business informatics or similar disciplines and have already first relevant professional experience in these areas. Funded technical knowledge, especially in dealing with the Microsoft Power Platform - ideally certified - and experience in programming with VBA and SQL. You have very good analytical skills and extensive user knowledge in the current MS Office products. You question established processes and methods and have fun and motivation to help shape changes in the team and move something. Organisational and coordination skills, self-employment, flexibility, commitment and enforcing power are just as good as team skills. You can develop complex relationships in a comprehensible way, communicate with the address and represent recommendations confidently - even to executives and stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
