To manage the complex operation of this large object with hotel and event infrastructure in a sustainable, efficient and professional manner, we are looking for you: an experienced, structured and technically experienced personality in the field of facility management. Your future tasks You take the technical responsibility for a large-scale, versatile object with hotel, conference, gastronomy and event areas – the Bold Campus. You work closely with operational and strategic teams on site and centrally. In detail, this means: Ensuring the technical operation of all building equipment (HKLS, electrical engineering, elevator installations, fire protection etc.) Planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance, testing and maintenance Control and control of external service providers and trades – from master services to specialist companies Takeover of operator responsibility including compliance with all statutory requirements Accompanying technical modernization and expansion projects on the campus Support in the strategic development of the object operation (e.g. digitalization, sustainability, energy management) Cooperation with property management, hotel operation and project development

That's what you bring

Complete technical training with additional qualification for master, technician or facility manager*in Multiannual professional experience in technical facility management – ideally with objects such as hotels, conference centres or comparable facilities Funded know-how in building engineering plants and knowledge of relevant regulations (BetrSichV, VDE, DGUV etc.) Ability to efficiently manage complex systems and structure processes Independent, solution-oriented operation with high conversion strength Communication joy and experience in coordinating different stakeholders Secure handling of MS Office, CAFM systems and digital tools Driving licence class B required
