general assistance in patient-related activities, e.g. inquiries and forwarding of the needs of patients, explaining the course of the station and passing on information material Supporting the care service in the patient's reception and dismissal process Implementation of nursing assistance activities according to the level of training, such as the raising of vital parameters and wound care Material composition Acquisition of tasks in equipment preparation Ensuring order and cleanliness in station and patient areas Support in the documentation of care Support of the telephone service
