Head of Technical Service - Distribution Network Operator (m/f/d)

Ensuring secure, economic and sustainable network operation with a focus on security of supply, efficiency and operational excellence. Control the area performance via relevant key figures as well as responsibility for quality, budget and earnings targets. Further development of processes, structures and interfaces as well as the promotion of a performance and customer-oriented organizational culture. Initiation and implementation of innovation, digitization and transformation projects to increase efficiency, productivity and sustainability. Responsibility for the strategic development of technical infrastructure and locations as well as for investment and modernisation priorities. Participation in the management team with active participation in strategy, transformation and long-term corporate orientation.

Multiannual leadership experience in industrially shaped organisations in the energy, supply, infrastructure or industrial sectors with responsibility for complex operating and service units. Experience in the management and development of technical service organisations focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, quality and sustainable performance. Safe handling of modern control instruments such as OKR, KPI systems, target agreements and data-based code number control. Experience in the optimization of operating, maintenance and service processes as well as in the further development of structures and interfaces. Detectable successes in the transformation of technical organisations through digitalization, automation and innovative solutions. Experience in the economic management of budgets, investments, service levels and change projects as well as in continuous improvement processes. Entrepreneurially thought leaders with high stakeholder competence, which shapes changes, develops teams and aligns organizations with the future.
