Employee for coordination of the neighbourhood offices (m/f/d)

The aim of this function is to coordinate the activities and consulting services in the already existing quarter offices and to design and build further decentralised offers in the city area of Bonn. The colleague is responsible for the planning of resources for the offices (budget, equipment of the offices, consultancy, participation of acquisitions of funding) and leads the employees who advise on the spot and make our themes known. Of course, the person takes care of the integration of further QuartiersAkteurs and networks. The new colleague should understand himself as an interface to the BEA concepts for advice and information as well as for public relations, and take overall responsibility with other executives in our bridge circle. Expertise on ''Master''' level, based, for example, on a university degree in architecture, urban planning, geography, political sciences or economics, multiannual experience in the development and management of projects and operational project management; leadership competence in flat hierarchies, Self-employed operation, reliability and implementation orientation. We are particularly pleased if the person experiences and expertise in the areas of construction, sanitation and Energy consulting. For these tasks, we wish to have a planning and organizational genius with a proactive and pragmati job setting, i.e. with the willingness to prepare yourself. This place is up to 30 due to the leave of the agency. September 2027 and in parttime (if desired 23.4 – 31.2 hours/week). The remuneration – here according to E 12 – is based on the TVÖD VKA. We offer 6 weeks holiday a year. Our offices are in the middle of Bonn City. Individual home office days are possible in agreement.
