You have a technical training or are a cross-release (m/w/d) with a professional experience of several years. You have knowledge of MS Office applications. You have basic knowledge in the field of computer and network. You bring knowledge of printing, scanning and copying solutions. You show the willingness to work in the field service. ... Your big PLUS: You already have knowledge of the hardware (printer and copier). You own an ITIL certification. You can present a CCNA certification (or a comparable qualification).
