As a diaconic service company in northern Germany with around 6,500 employees, we are mainly active in the fields of integration aid, education and medicine. “Inclusive, communicative, transparent and value-estimating – this is the klaarnoord gGmbH.” klaarnoord is a non-profit company in the association of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. For our versatile Falkenkamp housing and assistance offer in Norderstedt we are looking for an in / educator *in (m/w/d). In the apartments of the Falkenkamp residence in Norderstedt live 19 clients aged 25 to 73 years. The house is located three minutes from the AKN Station Moorbeckhalle and is therefore easily accessible.
