Job Description

We are looking for a motivated production worker (m/w/d) with 0-3 years of experience, ready to work in a dynamic and exciting environment. In this role you will become part of a dedicated team and assist in the production of high-quality products. Your contribution is crucial for the smooth production process and the achievement of our quality standards.

• You will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines.
• You support the production and packaging of products.
• You carry out regular quality controls and ensure that product standards are complied with.
• You report errors and deviations to supervisors and assist in troubleshooting.
• You are responsible for the proper storage and provision of raw materials and materials.

Job requirements

To be successful as a production worker (m/w/d), you should meet the following requirements. We are looking for someone who is motivated, diligent and reliable and who can work in a fast and demanding environment.

• You have ideally 0-3 years of experience in production or a similar area.
• You have basic knowledge of German to understand and implement work instructions.
• You're ready to work in shiftwork.
• You have a careful and accurate way of working.
• You are team-ready and performance-oriented.
