Reportings and regular reporting to project, and management

Ensure quality objectives and the predefined success rates

Optimisation of workflows and processes in cooperation with project management and implementation of corrective measures, in consultation with project management

Your profile fluent German knowledge in word and writing, ideally good English knowledge

multiannual professional experience in the dialogue marketing industry

professional experience in the described area and ideally first leadership experiences

Experience in B2B Outbound Sales desirable

technical affinity, especially in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

driven personality paired with high readiness
