During your internship, you will support the People Business Partner team in Heidenheim in their day-to-day and assist with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. So you want to be involved in conceptual people & culture topics and projects. In addition, you will contribute creative ideas for the content design and development of People & Culture events. Supporting the organization and content implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership competencies thus wants to be part of your responsibilities.
