As a dedicated and experienced veterinarian/animalian (m/w/d), you are coordinating the practice team and enjoy constantly developing a strong team of qualified veterinarians, veterinarians and TFAs You carry out medical diagnostics and treatment of animal patients and advise the animal owners:inside with the support of a central office team that takes you administrative activities In close cooperation with the Medical Directors (m/w/d) you identify potentials for process optimization in order to make everyday practice more efficient and more positive, and conduct interviews to get more top talents on board You work with our office team so that we optimize processes based on your feedback and allow you to work more easily You are an active part of our company's medical vision, shape the culture within your team and contribute to the modernization and continuous optimisation of veterinary care

You are an approbated veterinarian (m/w/d) and has at least 5 years of experience as a practical veterinarian (m/w/d) in small animal medicine You are versed in the wide range of surgical and internalistic activities of pet medicine You dream of leading your own team and your own practice – first experiences in team leadership are a plus You have fun implementing and optimizing new processes to make the customer experience and working day positive for the practice team and continuously improve it You perform professionally, are helpful and very good communication is for you as the basis of good cooperation, of course You bring team spirit, optimism and a sense of humor into everyday work, as well as professional excellence
