General management tasks: Distribution of tasks and control within the department and supervision of appropriate and timely tasks. Steering and support of employees in the field. Defining work objectives in the context of the transfer of decision-making competence and ensuring the achievement of objectives. Perceiving staff responsibility, including the implementation of employee meetings, the preparation of work presentations, assessments and testimonies, the safeguarding of the tariff-based use of directly subordinated employees. To exercise supervisory powers, including to ensure compliance with current legal and administrative provisions, decrees and decrees. As an official (m/w/d), you have a degree in architecture or comparable, as well as the ability for the career of the category 2 with access to the 2nd entry office, technical services.

As an employee (m/w/d), you have a completed university degree (university diploma/master) of architecture or comparable, as well as a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an activity which requires this completed study, or in addition to a completed university degree (FH‐Diplom/ Bachelor) in the field of architecture, or comparable also with equivalent skills and experience acc. No 1 para. 2, p. 3 of the TV‐L pre-remarks are therefore already recognised as other employees in the SBN and have been active for at least 3 years on a workstation whose perception requires this recognition or a corresponding scientific university study.
