Your duties Data protection: Implementation and development of strategies and systems to ensure data protection compliance Interface function for external data protection officer Advising the management, specialist departments and employees on data protection obligations and developing practical solutions Data protection requirements and development of practical solutions Care and further development of group-wide data protection management system Processing of data protection requests and incidents in cooperation with the external data protection officer and the General Counsel Conduct the processing directory and audit of contract processing agreements and data protection-relevant contractual clauses Ensuring compliance with local data protection laws and standards Implementation of data protection targets and operational data protection processes, including training measures and data protection impact assessments Compliance: Further development and improvement of the Compliance Management System Analysis of compliance-relevant case law and regulatory developments Advising the management, departments and employees on compliance issues and developing practical solutions Ensuring compliance with local laws and standards Implementation and monitoring of control mechanisms and compliance processes Determination and Evaluation of Compliance Risks Organisation and implementation of internal training in compliance Examination and creation of relevant contractual clauses

Completed study in the field of law, economy or comparable qualification, full legal expert (gn) Multiannual professional experience and excellent knowledge of relevant laws and standards in the field of data protection law and compliance, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector Very good general economic knowledge Good understanding of legal formulations and their implementation in everyday life Representative communication and consulting skills You are well organized, work reliable and like to bring new ideas Your work is characterised by care and service orientation and you are familiar with the use of sensitive data You bring a positive attitude and are happy to work independently in a small team Good MS Office knowledge as well as secure communication in German and reliable English complete your profile
