HR IT Consultant - Document Management Systems (m/f/d)

You have a very good IT confession and a safe look for challenges, solutions and possible causes of errors. You bring experience in the technical design and implementation of personal systems. You have already gained practical experience in HR document management (document generation, digital personal files). Also of advantage: Practical experience in controlling projects and dealing with diverse stakeholders. Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors in the administrator role – ideally you already know yourself with Employee Central. Knowledge of SAP HCM/SF landscape or other SAP landscapes in the companies of the Black Group.

You communicate fluently in German and English.

Your mission: Be part of our team and design a new, common document management system (DMS) for all divisions with us. Together we lift the automated generation of HR documents and digital personal files to the next level. Our team “Product Engineering People”: We are HR IT technology experts, solution finders and consultants for the digitization of all personnel topics in the companies of the Schwarz Group. We design, implement and operate the HR systems of Kaufland, Lidl, PreZero, Black Digits and Black production worldwide as well as our internal functions for over 600,000 users in 33 countries.

Advice & solution finding: You understand the needs of our HR departments and help them as a strategic advisor. Together we analyze requirements and translate them into future-oriented solutions for our new DMS. System design: On this basis, you will focus on the design and configuration of our new DMS for reliable digital personal files and the automation of HR document generation. Rollout: Together with us and the international HR departments, you shape the smooth introduction of the new system in the Savings and Countries of the Black Group – from the support of the countries to the control of rollouts to the system configuration. Operation: In addition to building our new products and project work, our team supports you during the ongoing operation of the existing HR document management landscape during the transition phase. .
