You advise our customers to use our digital products in their process chain. You are also responsible for the onboarding of customers to our IT systems and carrier systems. You take over the analysis of complex KEP business processes and the derivation of IT requirements. In addition, you are responsible for the design of interfaces and change requests and accompany the implementation. You can also participate in the development of the digitalization of individual business areas and in the service provider control.

You have professional experience in the logistical environment, e.g. in the fields of KEP services, transport or warehouse logistics. In the configuration of IT systems, in request and project management and in the support of change processes, you have already gained experience. IT affinity and experience in the analysis of complex processes and problems characterize you. You have a conceptual and analytical and process-oriented approach. Fun at different tasks in the logistics context and at work in the team as well as willingness to occasional travel activities complete your profile.
