(Senior) Onsite Portfolio Manager (all genders)

Portfolio-Ownership: Commercial & Product-side responsibility for the strategy, monetization and yield optimization of our international onsite portfolio Roadmap & inventory development: end-to-end control of the portfolio roadmap as well as targeted expansion of our onsite inventory, new features and advertising formats on digital touchpoints (such as App, Web, CRM and Newsletter) AdServer Management & Operations: Monitoring of ongoing campaigns as well as continuous development of our Ad Server for SPAs and Display Ads (incl. expansion of self-service booking options) for targeted optimization of Fill Rate, CTR and ROAS. Stakeholder Management: Tuning requirements with interdisciplinary disciplines and translating business feeds into technical specifications for engineering & developer teams Sales Enablement & Sparring: Creating pitch decks, enabling sales teams, coaching & Sparring for Ad Ops, and working closely with Insights & Measurement to translate successes directly into Success Stories.

AdTech- & Digital-Experience: Multi-annual well-founded experience in adserver or digital portfolio management, ideally in the context of retail media, marketplaces, adtech or publisher site Technical Fluency: Embossed technical understanding to accurately translate business feeds into technical specifications Analytical Excellence: High numerical affinity and analytical thinking for targeted identification of performance, yield and monetization levers in the portfolio Cross-functional stakeholder management: strong empathy capability and strong communication capability for successful control of interdisciplinary interfaces and cross-dependent dependencies. International Mindset: Treatable German and English (C1) as well as joy in cooperation with international stakeholders
