As a project manager:in you take responsibility for one or more planning sections as well as special projects and thus for the quality, budget and timely implementation of the transferred sections In doing so, you dispositively conduct project participants from the areas of planning, construction monitoring and the client teams of the purchase, legal department and corporate communications To review target achievement/project success/the Bausolls, you will provide key figures and reports You enter into agreements on railway and line crossings and to control services of planning, construction monitoring and other service providers:inside In addition, you tax planning offices and evaluate their performance You set up the project strategy (project organization and structure, award structure, etc.) for the economic, time and quality-oriented purchasing of planning and execution services You will also take care of proactive chance/risk management, claim/anti-claim management and follow-up management and conclude contracts and supplements (within the defined value limits)

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or electrical engineering with many years of professional experience in building project management Insufficient, multiannual professional experience in a comparable activity or Task (project/subproject manager in the A1 project) would be desirable You have extensive experience in managing and managing project planning and implementing complex infrastructure projects In addition to extensive knowledge of project management, you also have knowledge in the field of planning and construction of large projects on the client side as well as on the contractor side You show a high target orientation, the ability to reduce problems and cost-oriented thinking and action in the sense of the project Enforcement, conflictability, very high operational readiness and resilience as well as strong negotiation skills and safe occurrence are important to us
