The following tasks are performed: Responsible handling of business incidents: You accompany audits and support compliance with regulatory requirements and regulatory requirements (e.g. AktG, WpHG, MiFID II, GwG) in the financial sector. Examination and voting: You check documents, write accounts, collect information to ensure the timely creation of the notifications to the Banking Supervisors and assist in the creation of monthly and annual accounts. There is a special focus on quality and timeliness. Tax issues: You support our specialist: in the processing of tax issues such as asset accounting and tax valuation of investments and you learn to apply tax regulations in the investment sector, for example in the documentation of fund structures or the audit of tax provisions. Overarching questions: You support in the processing of investments, fund structures and investments, as well as in the evaluation of financial instruments and the documentation of investment decisions. Teamwork and process optimization: You work in an experienced team and are in regular exchange with colleagues in order to optimize processes and introduce ideas for developing processes and digital solutions.

Education: You have a completed commercial training in banking, insurance or tax, or a comparable training, such as a banking specialist or an additional qualification in the investment or fund sector. Professional experience: You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience – ideally in the financial or fund field, in securities processing or in risk management. Technical knowledge: You ideally have knowledge of DATEV or SAP and are safe to use MS Office. Skills and competencies: You work extremely precise and reliable, efficiently structuring tasks and are able to quickly work into new topics and quickly understand and apply complex information. Language skills: You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills.
