Competent care and advice of our customers from the first analysis, planning, realization, commissioning to acceptance Developing sustainable, innovative concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations in the team, e.g. in the form of economic planning requirements or system planning Integrated evaluation of electrical engineering, MSR or HLSK technical planning in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps and detection of optimization potentials Accompanying planning meetings and monitoring quality with solution-oriented ideas Showing added value for all project participants such as builders, users, investors, operators and planners

Successfully completed study of technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology, building climate, energy technology or comparable qualification (e.g. master/technician) Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting, project management or construction Good knowledge of recognised rules and technology (HOAI, DIN, VDI and statutory requirements) Great interest in optimization, quality assurance, environment and ecology Fast conception associated with analytical and networked thinking Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts
