IT Application Maintainer (m/f/d)

Application Management: The support, administration and further development of existing software applications are your responsibility. IT support & Troubleshooting: You are analysing disorders, lifting them independently and supporting our users in first and second level support. User Enablement: You train and advise our users competently in handling our software solutions and help them with questions. Requirement translation: You actively participate in the implementation and implementation of new requirements and functionalities Interface between IT teams and service providers: You work closely with other IT departments and external service providers to continuously optimize our software solutions used. Documentation management: The creation and maintenance of documentation as well as user-friendly instructions are also in your hands.

You have a completed vocational training in the IT or commercial sector or you are a cross-release (m/w/d) with a service-oriented background. A very high service orientation and a friendly, solution-oriented approach to users are characterized by you. Thanks to your structured and independent way of working, you can easily work into new topics and systems quickly. In addition, you bring strong social and communicative competencies and are happy to work in the team. Knowledge of common script languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell or Python is an advantage. Ideally, you have basic knowledge in common operating systems (Windows) and in dealing with databases (SQL). Very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing complete your profile.
