Your tasks:

• Friendly and competent advice as well as creation of goods orders from our customers: inside
• Customer-oriented action and fulfillment of our service idea
• Responsibility for placing products and promotional goods in your sales area
• Implementation of price awards and presentation of signs
• Make decisions in your room for action, e.g. in complaints and the introduction of assortment ideas

That's what you bring:

• Experiences in commerce, e.g. as a merchant/buyer in retail trade (m/w/d), seller:in, customer adviser:in or in crafts, e.g. as a painter:in, painter:in, room equipment:in, tiles:in, carpenter:in or as a cross-catcher:in from another industry
• Interest in the range laminate, vinyl, carpeting, tiles and ideally experience in the application
• Joy in direct contact with customers: the sale of our products as well as communication strength and solution orientation
• Organisational capacity, e.g. for independent prioritization and structuring of daily business
• Openness for dealing with digital tools and goods management systems
