Then you can introduce yourself here: Together with your team, you will advise our customers and customers to align their organization and business processes in finance or compliance. You take over process consulting, optimization, digital transformation and innovation management for large corporations, banks, insurance companies, automotive companies or public companies. You identify cost drivers and show potential for improvement, which can be achieved by digitalization and automation. In addition, you are committed to project management, start project reviews and accompany the implementation of organizational transformations. You support the risk-oriented analysis, the development and improvement of integrated management systems, the design and implementation of governance and compliance structures or tax process consulting.

(Junior) Consultant (w/m/d) Organisational and process consulting You will be with us with a completed study of economics, financial management, economic informatics, economic mathematics, economic engineering, computer science, engineering, mathematics or natural sciences. You are interested in business model strategies and digitization projects for reorganisation, cost or process optimization. In addition, you are passionate about operations management and, in particular, the requirements for strategy, organisation, processes and IT. You are already bringing first professional experience in the fields of digitalization, process consulting, financial/banking consulting, Agiles project management, customer relationship management (CRM) or business analysis. You can master German in C1 level and English in B2 level. You bring travel readiness to be able to advise our customers and customers on site.
