As a supermaximum provider, the University Hospital Dresden has chosen to treat diseases and injuries in the highest level of care throughout the East and beyond. As a stand-alone area of the university hospital, the central emergency room provides approximately 50,000 emergency patients annually - a trend increasing. For this purpose, a specially trained team of experienced doctors and nurses from all departments of the clinic is available. Our aim is to further optimize the diagnosis and treatment of all emergency patients in the region and beyond. They are the first contact for patients, rescue agents and relatives. Your main tasks include the reception and discharge management of emergency patients and the conclusion of treatment contracts for privately insured patients. In addition, the processing of mail and mail items as well as the inventory and document storage of emergency patients. Your tasks include the control and support in the execution organization and the acceptance and coordination of telephone requests. They are the link and interface for the interdisciplinary treatment team and document the services provided in the digital patient file. You are also ready to work in the two-layer system.
