completed commercial or technical training, studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally in the construction industry Knowledge of the purchase of building materials, construction services and subcontractors Understanding construction processes, performance directories, calculations and technical relationships Negotiating skills, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence vis-à-vis suppliers and subcontractors Expressed numerical affinity and economic thinking and action Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High team capacity and pleasure in close cooperation with costing, construction management and project development Safe handling of MS Office and ideally ERP/purchasing systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
