Medical Leadership & scientific responsibility Responsibility for medical-scientific support and further development of the product portfolio in the areas of nephrology and urology Ensuring high scientific quality and medical consistency across all products and communication channels Responsibility for medical-scientific documentation, expert opinions and registration-relevant documents Contact person:in for medical questions of internal and external stakeholders Strategic cooperation & Business Partnering Close cooperation with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs and other fields Medical advice in the development of projects, communication strategies and scientifically sound measures Technical support of product-related materials and the design and implementation of medical training for internal and external target groups International cooperation & scientific networking Medical cooperation with international subsidiaries, licensing partners and global interfaces Establishment and maintenance of relevant networks with specialist companies, opinion leaders: Representation of the company at national and international congresses and special events Leadership & team development Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Medical Nephrology/Urology team Promotion, coaching and further development of team members Management of resources, priorities and projects and ensuring efficient workflows Developing a trusted, interdisciplinary and international cooperation

Successfully completed medical, pharmaceutical or scientific studies Multiannual professional experience in medical affairs or a comparable function within the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of scientific communication, regulatory requirements and medical care of products Experience in the fields of nephrology and/or urology Knowledge of medical devices and digital health applications (DiGA) is desirable Experience in cooperation with international interfaces and subsidiaries Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
