Support in the analysis and continuous improvement of financial processes within the Schaeffler system landscape Cooperation in the global project team in the introduction and harmonisation of processes in the modern S/4HANA system Take over the role as a link between disciplines, end users and IT. Participation in the planning, coordination and follow-up of project tasks to ensure timely implementation Ensuring regular knowledge transfer in the financial organisation and contributing to the careful documentation of process changes Preparation and support in the implementation of workshops and process reviews, both online and offline

Continuous study of economic informatics, economics or a comparable degree programme Ideally first experience in the financial sector as well as knowledge of processes and processes Confidence with popular MS Office applications, basic knowledge of SAP R3 FI/MM/SD and first experience with SAP S/4HANA of advantage First project management experience desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, analytical and conceptual work and enforcement and persuasiveness Impressed communication strength in conjunction with moderation competence
