• Safeguarding and precautionary measures (particularly building and insurance solutions)
• securities and precious metals
• Consumer credits
• Construction financing Responsibility for products, services and continuous optimization as well as further development of sales business processes Responsibility for the proper implementation of sales priorities on site and their impact on earnings, including the achievement of the team's sales objectives Contact person for consulting-free securities business and money laundering prevention Support and decision on consumer and construction financing in the framework of competences Examination and processing of credit requests

Ensuring continuous and efficient business and process operations in the branch as well as controlling and further developing operational processes in the customer center Initiation, support and implementation of sales and change projects Bank representation at internal/external events

Complete training to the banker / the banker or a comparable qualification supplemented by a further training to the banker Multiannual, deepened experience in the consulting business of a bank or financial service First leadership experience in the above mentioned area Embossed communication strength combined with high enforcement and conflict resolution competence Service-oriented, independent and modern working methods and a high level of responsibility
