Manager Coordination AI and Automation (m/f/d)

You coordinate strategic, organizational and professional activities in the context of artificial intelligence (AI) within the ODR and the ODR networks. As a central contact for AI and automation, you develop and control the roadmap and drive forward the strategic development of appropriate solutions in the company. Together with the departments, you identify, evaluate and prioritize AI applications, integrate them into existing processes and accompany their implementation from idea to rollout. In close cooperation with departments, IT and external partners, you coordinate AI and automation projects and work with system selection, system integration and technical approvals. You establish a competence and role model for AI in the fields of expertise, observe new developments in the market and promote the use of AI in the company through training and consulting. In addition, you design the AI governance, define guidelines and standards and ensure a safe application taking into account data protection, IT security, compliance and regulatory requirements; complemented by communication with relevant stakeholders and management reporting.

Education: You have a successfully completed degree in the with the focus on AI, digitalization or computer science or a comparable qualification. Experience: Practical experience in the identification, assessment and prioritization of AI application cases from economic, technical and regulatory points of view, as well as ideally experience from pilot projects or AI laboratories. Knowledge: Finding knowledge about the use of AI and automation in business processes, as well as experience with common AI solutions and modern AI/IT architectures. In addition, you are familiar with relevant regulatory and ethical requirements, such as EU AI Act and GDPR. Knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous.
