Technician (m/w/d) Commissioning and Testing

As a technician (m/w/d) commissioning and testing you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They take over the process engineering commissioning of filling, weighing, feeding and closing systems and ensure the functionality of our pharmaceutical filling systems. Your responsibility lies in the parameterization, testing and optimization of the systems and the careful documentation of all settings. They analyze malfunctions, fix them autonomously and ensure the sustainable optimization of the process sequences. Your area of responsibility includes testing machines and the execution and documentation of various filling tests with different filling systems. A close cooperation with the fields of assembly, automation, project management and process technology completes your versatile task area.

You have successfully completed a technical training in mechatronics, industrial mechanics or a similar field, and then you are trained as a technician (m/w/d) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology. In mechanical engineering you have already gained well-founded professional experience and ideally bring knowledge in mechanics and electronics. Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the willingness to acquire new knowledge as in the field of PLC, you are distinguished. Team spirit, a structured and careful way of working as well as good knowledge of German and English complete your profile, and you can see occasional business trips as an interesting enrichment.
