Media educationin / Social workerin (w/m/d) Primary school in Berlin From 01.04. we are looking for a media education / social workerin (m/w/d) for the primary school at Regenweiher in the South of Berlin - Neukölln. The place is created in the so-called “Secreative Model”. The school focuses on aspects of social learning. In close cooperation with our team School Social Work, School and Full-Day, you will create media educational offers for children in primary school age and accompany them on their way to a responsible and creative approach to media. Your duties As a media educator / social workerin (w/m/d), you will design and conduct courses for students of classes 1–6 and You promote media competence, e.g. secure use of digital media, age-appropriate use of tablets, Internet and apps You support and advise teachers and pedagogical staff in media education projects You plan project offers on topics such as media criticism, data protection, creativity and social learning and implement them You work with parents, school, whole day and the team of the school social work of our institution You support the maintenance of devices Your profile a state recognition in media education, social work, or social education (Dipl., B.A. or M.A.) or a state recognition as an educator or a comparable degree as an educational specialist is a prerequisite Language knowledge in German at level C1 Experience in working with children in primary school age Technical competence and interest in current media topics and digital developments Independent, structured working and team and communication skills in your attitude and way of working reflect intercultural competence, appreciation and openness towards children Openness to the school place structured, independent operation and safe occurrence What you can expect from us Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and corresponds to the pay tables of the TV-L in the Land of Berlin Holiday: You will get 30 days holiday and in addition the 24. + 31.12. as free days Working time: You have free (except for days of presence) during all school holidays and work the hours (except for the right to leave) before or after (so-called ''internal model'').
