Your job This role offers the opportunity to participate in one of the central ZEISS transformation programs for greater harmonisation and standardization of business processes. Design the ZEISS working methods of the future with us! You act in a project team within the framework of the SAP S4 Roll-Out as a Scrum team member for manufacturing control and order processing in the Workstream Plan-to-Produce

Working with custom-made SAP Key Users, bring your SAP user knowledge to the project team to develop S4-compliant business processes

They map and manage the same current business processes for manufacturing control and order processing with the global S4 template and thereby manage needs for business process adaptations

Design and testing of S4-compliant business processes as well as the creation of decision templates for business process design for the project management team their interfaces to other end-to-end processes

Active support of change management in the form of process training and process documentation

Support of project teams at the SAP S4 roll-out of Zeiss-internal customers

They act as a cross-departmental SAP Business Process Consultant for Manufacturing Control and Order Processing in S4 and continuously drive improvements

Higher education in the field of (economic) informatics, (economic)engineering or a related subject

Very good SAP knowledge in plan-to-produce processes as well as in interfaces to other IT systems (e.g. MES). Experience in SAP R/3 or ideally with S/4HANA

Multiannual practical experience as an SAP expert in at least one of the areas of production planning/ production control/ work preparation/ purchasing/ logistics of a manufacturing company

Proven successes in the project management of SAP roll-outs, changes or adaptations

Communication capability and openness to expert teams in the manufacturing environment and to different management levels

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing at least. C1 or better

readiness for occasional travel
