Expert / Expert – Real Estate Valuation (m/f/d)

You create value assessments, excessive value estimates and earnings expectations. Valuation and construction law-oriented assessments in valuation cases, including in legal matters, please apply safely. You create specifications for the standardization of the interpretation and implementation of value determination regulations, value determination-relevant jurisdiction and specialist literature. With your expertise, you will develop contributions to designing strategies for valuation purposes. In addition, you will develop contributions to the design of nationwide tendering procedures, for example to create the relevant and specialist documents such as performance directories. You will also pass on your expertise to our internal training department (exchange of experience of construction experts). We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service travels of more than 20 days per year, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed technical university degree (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) in the field of surveying, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical degree course with a focus on property value determination and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Competences: You have a well-founded knowledge of property and construction law (especially BauGB including decrees issued [Bsp.: ImmoWertV, BauNVO]) and of valuation policies. You bring several years of experience and proven practical knowledge in the valuation of land. You have good IT skills (Microsoft Office). You can also demonstrate knowledge of the specialist applications (e.g. value determination software, geoinformation systems). Other: You have a strong planning and organizational capacity and contribute to economic thinking and action. You have a high self-initiative and a capacity for conceptual work. A strong communication skills is one of your strengths. You have both a high social competence and the ability to act in a team-oriented manner. You are criminal and bring the ability to resolve conflict. A secure judgment, combined with the ability to decide quickly and objectively even in complex situations and take responsibility, is one of your strengths.
