Business Processes (m/w/d) Görlitz These are your tasks in our team to collect and maintain customer and master data in SAP‐ISU or similar systems Creation and processing of billing based on consumption data using SAP and MS Office Examination and analysis of billing and consumption information to ensure correct results settlement of commercial processes in receivable management, e.g. dunning and payment processing Support of customer requests for energy and water - by telephone and in writing Control and documentation of customer change processes in compliance with current market rules and coordination with internal interfaces for process optimization These are your prospects for the future Occupational pension Support for childcare by Kita grant With us you can bring your own ideas and actively shape them With us you can take responsibility and develop yourself Networking and just having fun at team events, Christmas parties or summer parties

Our expectations for you Closed commercial training, e.g. in the field of industry, office or comparable qualifications Professional experience in energy or water management is advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP applications, ideally in the IS‐U module (e.g. billing or master data management) Experience with CRM systems for customer support desirable Confidence with energy-economic processes (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas) and basics in data analysis and error testing Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing, Polish knowledge advantageous
