• Control and monitoring of production machines: an eye on quality and an ear for technology.
• providing, refining and cleaning of machines and production lines.
• Ensure that material flow and production means are used optimally.
• Working with troubleshooting: You don't let anything get you out of your mind.

• Documentation of work steps – no detail is missing!

We are looking for

What should you bring? Motivation, team spirit and lust for an environment in which you are working together. You are the born production hero (m/w/d) in Buchholz if you meet the following requirements:

• Complete technical training? Nice-to-have, but no need.
• Ideally first experience in production – always an advantage, but beginners are welcome!
• Technical understanding and quick conception – you feel like machines.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation – early risers, night owls or anything in between, you pack it!
• Team skills, commitment and reliability – because we are strong together.
• Good knowledge of German, because communication is key!
