Your post: With enthusiasm, you advise established doctors and physicians on digitalization topics via online meetings or telephone

You take care of the care and development of our existing customer base.

You take over the delivery and contract creation as well as the collection and processing of customer orders

In addition, you are responsible for receiving and processing complaints with customer management

You work hand in hand with our colleagues in the sales service to ensure an acute customer support.

You have a completed training, ideally in the (medical) technical or commercial field, e.g. as an IT system businessman (m/w/d) or medical specialist (m/w/d)

You have already gained first experience in sales, ideally in the IT environment or the healthcare sector

In addition to your passion for IT topics, you have a good, technical understanding
