Our team at AlexA Zentrale in Berlin-Adlershof is looking for you in full time (40 hours/week) Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Preparing, carrying out and post-processing of pay/care arrangements with cost-beneficiaries (e.g. care services, accommodation/catering, investment and training components depending on the setting). Calculation, preparation and plausibility of numerical work, evidence and basis of decision for internal and external contact persons. Notifications/Amendments to home supervision and care funds to fulfill legal notification and documentation obligations Sparring partners:in for installation lines/management in case of pay increases, positioning and argumentation lines over cost carriers. Market and competition analyses as well as evaluation of association information/law changes to further develop our pay strategy Correspondence and coordination with authorities, cost-benefits and our care facilities – binding, clear and solution-oriented

Complete economic studies or a comparable qualification (e.g. BWL/VWL/Economic Law/Social Economy) – alternatively a suitable commercial/administrative training with relevant practice Ideally, professional experience in nursing/dealing (or in adjacent areas, e.g. social economy/public service/cost support) Remarkable: knowledge in SGB XI / SGB XII as well as a good understanding of pay logic and refinancing. Embossed numerical understanding: You recognize patterns, check plausibility, argue stressable – and make complex numerical works for others comprehensible Timely flexibility with an eye dimension: You are peak-tested – if a lot is going on, pull through; if it becomes calmer, ensure structure, and preparation.
