As part of our Employer Branding team, you are helping to inspire new talents at universities. You carry our values like “Friends instead of colleagues” and “Bessser become as I am” to the outside and inspire students with exactly this spirit. You can show what's inside you: From Beer Pong Tournament to Higher Education Lecture - As the first respondent, you will coordinate events with lecturers, the Career Service or Fachschaften By implementing new university marketing strategies, our employer branding strategy is targeted at the needs of the target group – and with your input With organizational talent and feeling for students, you create first touch points with mindsquare at career fairs You will get insights into the design and moderation of our webinars on career-specific topics

You are enrolled at a university - what exactly you are studying is secondary. What is important is: You want marketing, you are passionate about communication and you like to work with people. In addition: You work independently, structured and brings together organizational talent and the courage to try new things Understanding audiences is fun and you want to actively shape topics such as communication, human resources recovery and integration
