Site Manager for Existing Technology (m/f/d)

Varied tasks make joy. As a building manager*in, you are the central contact person for all technical questions. You plan, commission and document maintenance and modernization measures at our existing buildings. Without you, nothing goes technically. You monitor and coordinate cross-structural works. You are responsible for the costs, dates and quality of your actions and tax external service providers as well as after-contractors. Sensual activities draw attention to the essentials. As a building manager, you trade sustainably and help our tenants feel at home in their homes in the long term. You work across the field. Together with colleagues from the rental company, you are the language tube to our tenants for maintenance and modernization measures.

Your personality: As a team player you like to work together, have a flexible way of working and have a secure verdictability. Your professional appearance as well as your clear communication with business partners and tenants underline your competence. In addition, the regional external service in Bremen and the surrounding area is of course for you. Your experience: You have several years of professional experience in building construction in the main structures, optimally in the inventory and/or experience in the fields of heating, climate, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) and the technical building equipment (TGA). Ideally, you have knowledge of damage assessment and recovery. Your education: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or utility technology. Alternatively, you have a comparable training, e.g. as a technician or master*in in construction. A valid license of class B is advantageous. Good knowledge of how to deal with MS Office complete your profile.
