IT License Manager (m/f/d)

You continuously develop our IT license management using modern methods and tools - focusing on our standard office software as well as other software from the energy industry (except SAP)

As a central interface to our departments and Service Ownern, you can use appropriate reporting to ensure that license-related information is processed transparently and understandably.

You actively shape the integration of license topics into our products and services for our customers

In addition to operating license management (e.g. license requirement planning, compliance checks, cost monitoring), you support the strategic development of the asset management software

You check the licensing conditions for relevant software products and, if necessary, assist in obtaining and negotiating offers

You advise and support our customers on licensing issues and contribute to ensuring audit security and cost-effectiveness

As part of the team, you drive the further development and optimization of our license management processes

You have a degree in economic informatics, business management or a comparable qualification

You bring relevant professional experience

Ideally, you have completed a training in license management (e.g. license manager I and/or II TÜV Rheinland, etc.)

You bring experience in handling software asset management systems as well as a basic understanding of the linked data sources or are motivated to work on you quickly and actively

You know yourself in license law, software auditing and cost control

Ideally, you have good knowledge of the license conditions of common software manufacturers, in particular know-how in Microsoft Licence Management (SPLA and/or CSP)

You work independently, structured and value the open exchange in the team

You think process- and solution-oriented, are communication-intensive and have a sense of the needs of different target groups
