Take part in the project management for the costing of innovative new projects and play a key role in the successful introduction of new products in close, interdisciplinary cooperation with manufacturing planning, construction and purchasing. In addition, create sound make-or-buy analyses for assemblies and components. Optimization and efficiency: After the start of the series, you will have a firm look at the production costs of the TOP products. Through precise deviation analyses, you initiate and drive proactive cost reduction measures – together with those responsible from the factory, purchasing and construction. Become an expert*in: In this role you will develop as a specialist for material and wage costs in the factory and take responsibility for the annual production cost planning for existing and new products within the framework of the overall budget process. Ensure long-term success: With your business expertise, you support the work in creating business cases for large investments, support tool and operating resources investments in new products, identify transfer prices and make an important contribution to the long-term economic viability of our German locations. Your central interface function: Act as an important ''binding element' between Controlling Operations and the plant in Obersontheim in all matters relating to manufacturing costs and transfer prices. Complete industrial or technical studies or comparable qualifications. Insufficient professional experience either in product/project calculation, in production controlling, in production planning or in a comparable position. Interest in details and in technically and economically optimal solutions for the new and existing products of the German works. Experience with ERP systems, as well as business intelligence (preferably SAP) is advantageous. Very good communication skills, as well as reliable knowledge of German and advanced English. You penetrate complex relationships and bring them to the point according to target groups.
